Hi Steemians.

First of all i m really sorry for doing all this with a couple of days delay.
The things become so uncertain and problematic because of GPU availability issue in the market.

Our final Hardware weas 1060 3gb for our rig but unfortunately i am not able to get my hands on that cards the price has almost doubled.
Online order was cancelled and i keep myself looking in the market for 2 days but unable to get anything.

The only stuff that was available was 1050ti rest of the cards will be available on order ranging from delivery after 10-30 days. The instant buy option is also available but we need to pay almost 650$ for 1060 card which is double the real price.

I decided to buy 2 1050 ti but i did some research on their performance on mining algorithm and finally i m able to get these 2 cards MSI AERO 4GB 1050 TI with 3 years warranty.
The price is destructive and i paid almost 300$ for each piece of plastic giant.

So the final hardware are almost same as per our previous announcement except the GPU and the processor. I bought an old core i5 2nd Gen processor to save few bucks and i bought a used 5$ CPU case later i will open one of its side and make it a easy rig case.

Here are few pictures of how it looks like currently.

I ran these cards for testing purpose on Ethereum mining with any modifications on stock settings and the result are impressive.

You can see how cards are hitting 12.3 MHS on stock setting usually these cards the 1050s hit 11.9 on stock setting but this is another reason why it took 2 days for me to select cards. I borrowed different 1050 ti cards from my gamer friends, different cards show different hashrates some were overclocked editions some were not and this MSI aero card showed maximum hashrate on stock setting plus it's overclock edition so i can roast it more.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

In order to keep everyone updated about mining relation stuff and operation, I have successfully acquired another steem account and all the mining related updates will be posted there. The reason is that this is my personal blog and i want to keep it same as it was earlier before i started mining related stuff. So here is the account @activeminers that you can follow in order to get updated claim investors payout and other mining related stuff, Hardware discussion, mining review and everything related to crypto mining.
So please start following @activeminers so you will never miss an update.

More projects are coming up but as mentioned above all announcement will now be made on new account @activeminers.

If you have any questions please contact us on discord

I will test some overclocking with cards and then we will start real mining the update including the public mining address will be posted in next post so each investors and almost anyone can monitor it in order to learn something new.

The hashrate we proposed to get earlier was almost 47 mhs but now we will be getting aroung 30 MHS after overclocking.

It's all because of hardware cost spike.

As per our final announcement the 65% of shares are owned by me @uxair but i m compensating in such a way that all the profit will be distributed to all partners and i will not take anything except the electricity cost.
If someone want to opt-out they can reply below this post and i will give them their full amount as refund.

My Goal is not to make Quick Money but structure a Strong and Real Mining project so Everyone can participate freely.

Make sure to subscribe to our new account @activeminers

Please Resteem to support the project and Thanks for Reading.

Yeah prices are ridiculous right now... I'm running a 1080 and one 1070.

1070 is around 840$ and 1080 Ti is as high as 1300$ in my locality.

I know it's out of hand. I got my 1080 mid last year from overstock.com for like $625. However i paid in BTC lol. So if i look at its price now it was more like it was $1,200.00 #facepalm

Hi how are you? I very interested in mining. I reading your article. I'd like to buy some cards to start mining. Can you help please. Thank you

Sure you can ask me anything here or can contact me on discord. The link is posted above

These cards are shit for this kind of money. I bought for 300 euros (around 370$) a radeon rx 570 4 gb. With radeon blockchain drivers and gpu downclocking and memory overclocking (stock bios because I game too) it gives:

yes. it's not much profitable deal. but it depend on market, long ago i bough rx480s for 280$. But it really depend on current market conditions and supply.
I don't know which region of world you are in but GPUs are hot and short all over the world these days.

Thankfully Greeks dont mine much so you can find all kinds of cards new and used for a reasonable price.
This is your card...

i can see the price on above link is around 250$ this is exactly same price in my local market dear. This card is non OC version. OC version is close to 300$.

Well they are sure not worth the money for ether mining. With 300 euro you can buy two radeon rx560 4gb and get a hashrate combined around 24-25.

Have you seen any difficulty decrease since BTC prices have declined?
