When I tried to load it up after downloading I get this window popup and after 1 hour waiting it never finishes whatever its doing and I can;t even turn it off i had to ctr alt del it.
How do I get the missing item?

Maybe you are using older video drivers, you may try to update them.
Also if you hav OpenCL.dll file in the folder of the miner you may try deleting it.
