It's time I take the jump and get into mining!
Oh for sure, it's fun. May I suggest starting with a milk crate miner.
It's a great project using a plastic milk crate as your housing which allows the rig to
breath well and easy to move around. Only downside is you wouldn't want more than three graphics cards racked up in one, four makes it a little too tight for airflow.

I get it believe me, decades ago I was a computer guru, now I rely on my son to do the nitty gritty work. As a computer science major in college he loves it.
