The Helpdesk appears to be seriously understaffed as new members pour in. It is a good company though, so don't worry. I'm sure that they will reply (with delay) to help you resolve this issue.
Yea hopefully it gets sorted out as soon as possible. If not we'll have to bail on out. Just wouldn't be worth it to us.
