I think there are negative moments that can be channeled and made productive. There are examples of great writers who were strangely brighter in their moments of darkness. Depression is a serious and silent illness, a circle that can become a labyrinth and can lead to death. In other publications you commented on the importance of writing at some borderline moments. I think that would be a good way to channel depression. Look for what to occupy your mind and try to take out through writing, painting, singing, those monsters that haunt you. Maybe you won't get rid of them, but you'll learn to live with your monsters and make your state more productive. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, @chbartist
