Before it did not affect me much, but after a while I decided not to do it anymore because when I get up a second time, and I decide to stay awake, I spend the day with very little energy and I do not pay anything in my activities. , apart from that, I feel bad for the body when this happens to me, I do not know if it's because I'm not as young as before, I'm only 31 years old, but my body is not the same anymore, so I pretend to take care of myself more.
