Dear @chbartist when I read this "If you are feeling weary, anxious, overloaded, and exhausted by the thoughts, decisions, actions, and deeds of the everyday ordinary life, then you need to slow down and think for a second.", I thought how you describe so perfect my current feelings.
As you say, simplicity must be the key of our live. I´ll try to put in practice the recommendation that you told us today in your post. A big hug for everybody.
