This could be a great practice to remain focused and productive always whether lonely or not.
I personally agree with the fact that when no one is watching you, you are watching yourself. You will get pardon from everyone but not from you ,if you do silly things like wasting time, doing thing without any direction and just to please someone you have another face mask to show.
If our success is just for showing off , then we must introspect deep inside.
