Keep On Smiling And Be Positive!

I always use to think that you have two roads to take when it comes to mental health, you can choose to be positive OR negative

You can wake up in the morning and feel like total shit. No you didn't drink any alcohol the day before so that is not the reason for being down. You just woke up on the wrong side and you just want to hide under the blanket again and wake up later.

How come that some days we just feel so low and other days we feel like the most happiest person on the planet?

Everything is in the mind. We make a choice to feel in a certain way.

Some stuff can affect how we feel about certain things in life, for example a special perfume smell or a song on the radio, maybe a special dish....

Same with arguments. You are arguing with a friend, your parents, your spouse etc...You make a choice to act in a certain way.

So stop yourself, think about something, smell something or watch something that makes you very happy. AND make a choice to be happy.

TODAY is the day you should be positive.
