Charm and appeal are important when it comes to finding your foot in society and succeed in a profession of your choosing.
Desirability is not a rare trait, but it is a difficult one to attain. Even more so to keep. But if you understand the nature of what makes something attractive, you will manipulate this human sensation to your advantage.
This is especially helpful for young and aspiring entrepreneurs, as there is a lot of convincing involved in their line of work.
When it comes to making decisions, appeal is important. When something has charm, we often find ourselves less and less second-guessing our decisions and go through with what is in our mind.
Because that charm has a grip on our mind and it forces us to ignore other logical standpoints that would oppose what it wants from us.
The cliched example of this would be an attractive person who steals your heart and you shut down the doors of your mind to all the other possible aspects of their personality that you may not even like.
This is a powerful tool in the right hands. Imagine a businessman who is looking to attract the positive opinion of population or an entrepreneur who is just starting to make an impression on other people.
They all could use a little bit of appeal and attractiveness.

Attractiveness is powerful, as it dampens the element of truth and gives the perception of an illusion to the person who is willing to see it. But how does one achieve attractiveness?
There are many theories regarding how the human brain works and how we perceive everything. There are also many theories about appeal and charm, so what we talk about here is not absolute. It is also not the entire picture, but it is a philosophy that is worth your time and thought.
If you want to attain attractiveness, you need two prominent features: Freedom and Possession.
These words may seem like opposite to each other, but read on to understand the argument.
Something that you cannot easily attain or achieve is always charming and alluring. If you find something attractive, that is because you find it difficult to get your hands on that particular thing.
If you want to maintain a certain level of charm, you need to both have ‘independence’ and also ‘possession’!
A person temporarily gets his hands on a whole lot of money. That amount of money is attractive for him, because he knows that the money is independent enough to dump and leave him, but he is in possession of it at the same time.
The person starts to think that out of all the people on this planet, he is in possession of an amount of money that could not be his. It could be anyone’s!
This is merely an example to demonstrate the power of appeal. What you need is contemporary and fragile possession, armed with a sense of independence and dread.
Something that is hard to get is attractive, but something that is hard to get and is already in your possession is something to die for!
The power of charm and attractiveness has made many a man successful.
Especially young businessmen and entrepreneurs who need such appeal to present themselves to the public and garner their attention.
Think about these two qualities and bring attractiveness to everything that you do!

I simply call it packaging. You are addressed the way you are dressed. Some factors speak louder than words and these include mode of dressing, attitude, approach to various matters and how you present you product or service (branding). So adequate attention should be paid to these small details.

Appeal is very important in every different aspects in our life. If we take a person his/her appeal and attractiveness will reflects their personality. If we take a thing for example its appeals make it attractive or worse. So everything will be more acceptance by its appeal. But we can't judge the real quality of a person, a place or a thing only by its appearance.

Excellent review @chbartist and these two qualities were always decisive at all times, if we want to draw attention to ourselves and what we are doing. You are right to succeed, it is simply vital for us to have and develop these qualities, because it will largely depend on how people perceive you and your business!
Oh yes @chbartist, I agree with you, attractiveness and charm have always been always very important qualities, especially in our time, when there is a lot of new and unknown. If we want to succeed in the present, with today's competition, then we simply have to be attractive and do the work that we do truly attractive to all segments of society!
Sight of everyone can be different but your clothes your shoes , your personality does their effect in first meeting and after passes sometimes people start analysis about your behaviour.charm and appealing are first time show.

Charm also have great magic powers.
Sometimes people who are not so agreeable tend to get their success in life from being conscientious while those agreeable people get that by interacting with others more.

It is right these two things leads us to success. We just have to be patient and use these wisely. It is necessary to be full of charm to influence people and be attractive to attract the follower.
Perfection is something that is so desired yet so difficult to achieve. For me striving at excellence is far more easier and profitable compared to perfection. The fact that we are human makes perfection even more difficult to attain. But then, these flaws make life even more interesting, flaws give rise to excellence.
In relationships, I just believe you create what you want to see. You want a rich spouse, then encourage him or her to work harder and more creatively, support him or her, rather than making huge demands that make your partner feel inadequate. You don't want a lousy spouse, then encourage him or her to choose and count his or her words carefully before saying them out. Real Relationships require a great deal of work to raise and maintain. Relationships that last for life never started with perfection, rather they thrived on tolerating and managing flaws that could not be corrected.

This piece will improve the thinking of entrepreneurs to generate attractiveness in their product by giving freedom and possession.
I would also say that these attributes lead to influence which is a key component to success as well. While I think there are other ways to gain influence as well, I do admit that the two mentioned are ways to do so as well.

I disagree. These techniques only work on materialistic people. The key should be making yourself attractive, not your possessions. Things come and go and when those things are gone, so are your greedy friends.
Totally disagree. Making people think of attractiveness connected to money or possessions is the root of many terrible business & Human conduct.
Attractiveness & charm that anyone can reach and should strive for to start with, is listening, paying attention to people and what they need.
You have better business results if the clients or partners feel you "get" them and you won't get them if you haven't paid attention to their words and their pain points.
Your warmth, your body language (which can be worked upon), a firm but not overpowering handshake, your confidence in your subject without being a jerk, using people's name, remembering their lives (family life, name of spouse etc) will do wonders as well.
Lead with grace and people will follow.
