Hi, fellow Steemians!
Motivational knowledge divides into two major sources of inspiration; philosophy and theory.
While philosophy predominantly discusses the meaning of life from a hopeful perspective, theory struggles to showcase techniques that help towards a more productive life.
While it is important to understand inspiring philosophy, the idea that our existence is unique and we are gifted with many opportunities, that we should have dreams and goals, and be willing to find the courage to chase after those dreams.
It is also important to understand that in order to achieve our goals, we need principle and determination.
Productivity is key in bringing these two elements in your life, and that is why we need theories about how to live an inspiring life.
But none of the above matters if we do not have mindfulness!
You can spend an eternity reading and indulging in motivational content and inspiring stories, but if you are not mindful of this great wisdom that you are inheriting, you will never be able to truly use it to your advantage.
It is the same ancient story about the sage who knew everything. He had spent decades and decades reading books and pouring thousands of hours into knowledge and wisdom. But as wise as he was, he could never exploit that wisdom to improve his own life.
Many would argue that the sage could envision anything but his own life. But I have a different take on that story; the sage could not use his own wisdom because he overestimated the capacity of conscious thought process.
In this blog, we have already discussed many techniques (theories) on how you can improve your productivity. We have also described many philosophical standpoints that give you a hopeful and positive mindset of the world that you are living in.
But even though you have stored this knowledge in your mind, you are not consciously using it on a daily basis. The main problem with lack of productivity in spite of great wisdom is this; our unwillingness to become more mindful of what we know and what we need to practice.
Let me explain my point about mindfulness by making an example. Imagine that you are well aware of the Pomodoro Technique, and might have even used it before to manage your time more precisely.
Mindfulness is the art of constantly triggering your mind into remembering this knowledge and hence using it in your daily life.
The only pathway to achieve mindfulness is to set specific triggers for different chunks of information that are stored in your brain.
By activating these triggers in your daily routine, you will inadvertently be reminded of all the things you know and it is only then when you can actually implement them!
For our example, if you want to be mindful of the Pomodoro Technique, you can buy an item which reminds you of it and place it where you usually work.
Always have it with you when you want to work. In that way, you will always be mindful of the Pomodoro Technique and will utilize it to manage your time.
Without mindfulness, most of what we know is pretty much useless and can never improve our life.
Starting today, be mindful of everything that you learn.
A BIG HUG!

Yes, be mindful of everything we've learned. Its kinda doing the right things perfectly. But sometimes focusing perfection would fail us and make us hesitant and afraid to make mistakes.
Putting too much good and right things in our brain would overflow our memory and tends to fall those necessary ones.
A space is needed to let those membranes breathe, enough to drive first those perfect cells to completion.
Saludos @chbartist!
Being mindful is important to avoid the distractions that could interrupt mines of thought needed to succeed when working on individual and group tasks. It will allow you to focus on the priorities of daily objectives that will align with goals.

I have never heard of the pomodoro technique but I like the idea of using triggers to remind yourself to be mindful. That makes sense to me. I'm on a huge mindfulness kick right now. I Recently started taking a course on mindfulness counseling for my graduate degree. I'm trying to implement the practice as much as possible in my day to day life and I'm really liking it so far. Your article is another reminder for me to be mindful. So thanks :)
Hello @chbartist!
About a year and a half ago I had to go to some psychology consultations because I was going through a depression, and they sent me to do some meditations based on the principle of mindfulness, and it helped me not only to help me with depression but also to be able to study more efficiently. At that time I was still studying music for many hours but on my own. And I noticed the changes because precisely this helps us to know ourselves better to put into practice the things we learn.
I'm going to investigate and try the Pomodoro technique to see how I'm doing this time, it will be interesting to try something new to cultivate mindfulness.
@chbartist sir
Pavlov Thorndike Kohler, etc, these all presented their own arguments on the learning process. The person keeps looking from birth to death. No person can be complete in learning. All the variables present on the earth gives us an opportunity to learn from dynamic and non-living things.
Time and circumstances are our biggest teachers who teach us how to live life. Our practical life habits get us learning from family and society. All the above things work as a source of philosophy and principle. The side of any positive learning connects us with philosophy and requires theories to learn these things. The person who is at his fault and learns quickly from the circumstances, the person leads on the path of success.
@chbartist Sir,
"......but if you are not mindful of this great wisdom that you are inheriting, you will never be able to truly use it to your advantage."
Well Said Sir.
Hi @chbartist. Be consistent with what we know and we practice, we will make more productive and inspiring to others, because we teach the example.
Applied knowledge is what makes all the difference.

The idea of setting specific triggers is what I loved the most. that's definitely very productive. It was indeed an informative blog.
Keep flourishing!
This post, reminds me of my time at university, I used to study a lot, spent hours and hours in books in order to learn, to present my exams, but, I did not concentrate properly and, no matter how much I studied, I always It was postponed.
I started to program later, to analyze what I was studying and that, little by little, gave me the results that I wanted.
Knowledge is vital, for any activity that we develop, but knowledge without knowing how to apply it, is inert.
Thanks 🙏🏿. This encourages me to find special triggers that enable me to bring about awareness during specific situations. Grateful for your words and contribution to my life.
Excellent review, my friend and you are right, you can have a lot of knowledge and skills, but if we don’t learn to use them mindfully in our lives, then all knowledge will remain a useless mass! Thank you @chbartist
I completely agree with you, it is the awareness of what is happening in our life that should stimulate all our knowledge to a specific situation and method of solving problems in each situation personally!
Being mindful and self-aware has been the biggest gift for me last year (well last couple years really).
Being aware of what is good for you, what is not good for you, having reminders of that within reach all the time. It's what I've called in my latest podcast "my User manual". (I shared the link to my episode on my blog" for those interested to give it a listen).
There are so much difference between knowing something and applying it.
It can really drastically change your life once you apply what you learn and be mindful of what is happening in your mind and body. Everything starts to be a clue that tells you if you're getting closer to your dreamed life or not. :)
It's true we should be mindful in learning as it is also a mental form of practice. I like this post @chbartist Good one!
Good morning,,
One of the things that we should appreciate most in life, is knowledge, is what will allow us to develop as individuals. A person without knowledge, hardly, could have opportunities that allow him to grow, but, as you mention, if the knowledge we have, we do not apply the adequate concentration and, the full attention, so that what we know, we can use it properly, Hardly that knowledge will make us useful.
A life without knowledge is empty, it is very important to learn, learn and keep learning, that will give us the tools to develop, but we must know how to apply them in order to succeed in life
regards
Yes, it is true mindfulness is necessary without this it is impossible to improve our life. It will be helpful us to do our daily tasks efficiently. Being mindful is very necessary to be stress free.
chbartist. Sir how i can join u r group. Give any link for it sir. My I D is syedahmed1010.

Thanks sir if its passable. It's lots of me to present my work on this system.
I look forward to your posts everyday because I know i would learn a lot from it. Application is better than just reading about motivations. Will check out more on the Pomodore Techique. Thank You
Mindfulness post @chbartist, The pathway for achieving mindfulness is by activating the set of specific triggers for different chunks of information that are stored in our brain.
But there are many points or things that hurdle to implement in daily routine.
Can you please suggest the best idea to overcome the hurdle?
Thank You
Sir thanks for sharing beautiful topics without mindset and done perfect in books theory knowledge useless main things willing and courage is most important thing in our life for chasing the dream.

In the event that more prominent prosperity isn't sufficient of a motivating force, researchers have found that care methods help enhance physical wellbeing in various ways. Care can: help diminish pressure, treat coronary illness, bring down pulse, decrease perpetual torment, , enhance rest, and lighten gastrointestinal troubles.

My golden belt is on and my Kung Fu is Strongs ~B.S.A
I start my day with 5 minute meditations, then always do little bouts of mindfulness minute meditations all throughout the day. With my day job, I have to or I will go crazy, lol.
thanks a lot @chbartist for sharing this great post to this great community but to be frank, i have not heard about the pomodoro techniques before and will be extremely delighted to know more it and how to use it.
Greetings my friend ... Very good advice, relate something with what you want to remember, usually I do that ... I am very forgetful hahaha and almost always resort to relate things to remember them.
Being mindful in everything you do will enhance the development of your mind set to achieve and be creative leading to independence on a particular source to eke-out a living
it is the same as anchor in hypnosis, where if the anchor is triggered it will bring up the same feeling as the one we have ever felt. it will be very useful if we can use it
Man I believe you should write your own books, because at this point this knowledge needs to be protected and owned by you my friend, stay awesome, inspiring, and motivational
We can daily practice meditation through bring mind fullness.
Sir you are good describing in your post this thing it is helpful for me thanks for sharing.

Great post 👍 thanks for sharing this post.i like it this post.good day..
Your stuff is inspirational amazing keep inspiring us
As you mention well: the awareness of action is necessary on our actions, making each act worthy and meaningful; a life without reflection is not worth living, it is the life of a dehumanized automaton. There must be an effort of our part towards life itself to give it a reason to be: reflect on our environment and apply our knowledge in it. Knowledge itself worth nothing if it cannot be applied (it becomes vain know) an empty appetite that does not add any value to our lives.
buen post
It is important to make us aware of the things want to run for
Thanks for today blog. learn to bring mindfulness to everything that we learn
