with breathing technique I did less :) and he said double up your push-ups :) LOL

You have to be sure you use the method the right way. You have to fully breathe in and the partly breathing out you have to hold 30-40% of the air inside you, not supposed to breathe out completely!

You can practice plenty things:) but the thing is that is not those things works, but a practice :) you can make the breathing technique practice all wrong way, but one day it will work, because you PRACTICE!!

If you train in low oxygen condition(mountains) you get down to impress everyone in high oxygen conditions, and you won't need any magic breathing technique. Because you have no time fit in case the truck is running on you :)
