Finding new ground creates a sense of uncertainty,
People become so accustom to the comforts that surround them they often choose not to want to step out of the shadows. It can be applied to many situational circumstances. People are afraid of what they don't know, however stepping out of the shadows into an unfathomable world is what has got our civilization to where it is today. Hard to say who will be the next one out of the shadows, but I look forward to it.
