Evidence seem to suggest increased level of serotonin and dopamine (happy and reward chemical) during gratefulness mindset. Attitude of gratitude also help promote mental health. Isn’t life amazing as it is? How fortunate to be able to feel, see, smell, taste and hear. As Nietzsche puts it “How little suffice for happiness.”
