First patterns of our thoughts about ourselves depend on the family that we were born in. The creation of first ego identity is based on our beliefs. And beliefs are nothing else but thoughts repeated a large number of times.
It is clear, that if you were born in the family that supported you and explained to you that you can do whatever you want to, your self-esteem will be based on it. Just as if you were said the opposite, that you are a nobody and that you can do little, your beliefs about yourself will be accordant to the program that was installed on you.
That is not you. Those are actually the people with whom you first lived.
And that is fine as long as it serves you in the purpose of peace, love, health and abundance. But if that is not the case, I want you to become aware that your identity is artificial creation of ego, and it lives through comparisons.
Throw away those patterns, compare yourself only to yourself.
Be better today at least a fraction more than you were yesterday.
That way you are creating the truth about yourself and self-confidence will come as a natural consequence of your actions. You will get a confirmation that you are a beautiful beings created in the image of God, almighty creators of your own reality.
I've got excellent news for you.
This is not a metaphor.
"Whether you think that you can or that you can't,
you are always right."
Thank you for reading.
