Lately, I have been focusing on practicing being more mindful and grateful for the people and things that are in my life. Often we overlook all the good things we have in our lives when something doesn't go our way. However, when you take some time to reflect on everything you have and the opportunities life has given you, you tend to see that you have it so much better than a lot of people. I find it that it's important to slow down and be grateful and appreciate everything that you have in life.
