I absolutely agree that when facing frustrations, mindfulness is a great tool to have.
You may want to blow up and let everything out but that could be more harmful then helpful.
This was the case when I put my epic 'fighting the man' comment up on the recent steemit.blog post. At first it was very reactionary, but I pulled myself away from it and came back after going to get a cuppa tea and re-worked it into something constructive rather than negative. That's the great thing about learning a way to bring you into the moment and out of your thoughts. Although, it can vary how much you escape from identifying with those frustrations:
Mindful living isn’t about getting it right every time or being perfect. It’s about living in this moment.
Even when you don't fully succeed, it's usually a more considered and productive action that you end up taking :)
