#SPUD bewildered me a little, since I power up every Monday. You mean a lot of people DON'T regularly power up? Nice meditation activity for the 'joiners' - it does take all types and not everyone prefers silent, anonymous, alone meditation time. Kudos to you. I KNOW whenever I sit in meditation than I join thousands of others in the world at that moment - knowing their name in this incarnation matters not. We are one whenever and wherever we drop in to the Now space.
