Life is too short to learn everything.
But i set a goal once a week; Learn something new.
May sound stupid, but it doesn't mean that I know EVERYTHING about it, but enough to give it some thoughts, be able to explain for someone who doesn't know what it is.
This started when I was disabled for some months due to an injury in my back. (not rear:))
But it actually ignited my curiosity, and I literally since, haven't spent more than a few hours in front of my TV the last year. Except from documentaries, or youtube:)
Thats a change from usually been zapping two to three hours a day ! Even more..
So how does it work?
Critical thinking combined with curiosity are tags here. But not about paradise hotel.
Gains? I have built some electronics that i use (made a guitar amp from an old radio ) frequently, built a shed for my wood. Things like that. Fixing my car, improvement in the house.. Often with not much money put into it.
So its a moneysaver as well.
This summer I'm planning on building a treehouse for my kids, some outside playground toys. Just got to find out how..
Time spent on TV is to me having something to do while Im slowly dying.
Time spent on improving my skills is something I do while living.
