about your query you can buy it from local fisherman as mentioned in the post or from
ebay site there are many sellers present
Q no. 2 about Tea as i have not tried about the tea but have eaten its stem you can just fry and eat or make some Kabab's out of it check some Youtube Videos on it , and seeds which are very tasty check the images
