Gopaldas Neerja dies in AIIMS

1. Gopaldas Saxena was born on January 4, 1925 in the Purwali village of Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh. At the age of six, he lost his father. Then he left the studies and after that he also made many jobs to maintain his stomach. He turned to studies and got a post-graduation degree. His pen was called Neeraj and people knew him by this name.

2. Neeraj's writing style was extremely simple but high level. He wrote many poems in addition to literature creation. His poems were used in many Hindi films as songs.

3. Neeraj wrote songs for many Hindi films. In the Hindi film industry, he was identified as an author who could write songs with ease in both Hindi and Urdu languages.
