ARE WE LISTENING WHAT OUR MIND HAS TO SAY?

WHAT I WAS DOING SINCE MORNING?

My today's day was filled with the so called technology advancements. dtube, youtube,blog ,mobile, laptop, etc . I just now realised that we people(mostly regular ones) are not even thinking in the future .I realised we are so much engaged in our worlds(virtual) that we have stopped together all sorts of thinking process .For e.g. thinking of future ,the steps needed to improve it, the steps involved in taking it to the next level.

WHAT SUDDENLY STRUCK ME?

This world is actually governed by people who have reached a particular point in their life that they are actually manipulating most of the people. example, small teens who are so addicted to fb, instagram. They are not even realising where they are been taken as hostage. Even i was addicted to fb. after some time i came across a term dopamine.This is a chemical released by the human brain for rewarding us .So this creates tendency to go look for likes, comments on our post we go back and check them again and again.This infinite loop catches the teenagers even small kids. They are playing with our minds.Once you know about dopamine . You can actually feel it surging in your brain.

WHAT COULD YOU DO?

I know that you might want to stop it as much as you want to and it keeps taking over but, once you start feeling that this surge of dopamine. You need to talk your brain out of it. This post is an example that i suddenly stopped in my way and started focusing on what my mind has to say rather than what my device has to say.In middle of typing this post i felt a happiness which only comes from writing your own content whereas it is so different from other platforms which only makes you think that you are a part of it but you are actually not.
