Yes, drinking plenty of water is essential to good health. It is important to drink before you go to sleep at night and the first thing you consume upon waking up should be water. have your coffee afterward. To get the most benefit water should be consumed at room temperature. Many think a cold glass of water is the best but your body has to warm that cold water up before it can be used by your internal organs.
