Grab a slice of this Chinese inspired pizza, topped with Hoisin sauce, peking duck breasts and chilli sauce.
INGREDIENTS
3 x 22cm ready-made pizza bases
60ml (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce
250g fresh vegetable stir-fry mix
3 green shallots, trimmed, cut into 4cm lengths
360g pkt Luv-a-Duck Peking Flavoured Duck Breasts, sliced
Hot chilli sauce, to serve
METHOD
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2
Place pizza bases on prepared trays. Spread with hoisin sauce. Top with vegetables, shallot and duck. Spray lightly with oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drizzle with chilli sauce and cut into wedges.
