HOW THE NUMBERS BORN..........

Todays world can not be imagined with out the number system.The world has followed different types of numbers to the different area people.
During stone age the people used "few,many,some " these words instead of numbers because up to that numbers are not invented.so the people want to invent the numbers.The first numbers are placed on a human bone by placing the lines on the bone.
oneline on the bone = 1
two lines on the bone = 2....
so the number of lines on the bone indicates the number.Before this the people are using are using the body parts as thie numbers total 33 numbers are represented by the body parts.It seems very difficult so they replaced the body parts by the words tim,sim,pim,pam,bom,rom,slop..........but the prouncing and remenmbering of these numbers is very difficult.
At this the EGYPTIANS started inventing numbers by
1 to 9 --verical lines
after that they used symbols
10-horseshoe
100-wheel
1000-lotus
10000- finger
100000-frog
1000000-human
combination of these are used for the representation of numbers but it is a complex method.

At 750 b.c romans finded a representation in which by representation of hands they finded numbers
1-one finger
2-two fingers
3- three fingers
4-four fingers
5-palm with open thumb
......

this is also a failure system.
After 500 b.c the arabic numbers which we are using were born from the brahmi numbers are born.These brahmi numbers are born in INDIA. all thew parts of the world are using these numbers in thier own styles up to 1000 years.These brahmi numbers contain 1 to 9. Zero is not present the chinese are doing calculatations in the sand at the place of zero they leave the impression formed by the stone. ARYABATTA an indian mathematicaian said that numbers must start from the zero.BRAMHA GUPTA indias another mathematicain said that must be represented after number also.The first zero was represented in the gwalior temple. The numbers are finded by indians but by using these numbers persians written a book in algebra later it was translated in to many languages so the numbers are called arabic numbers.

thus the numbers are born. Can we imagine the world without zeros and ones which we are using in sharing the information in this digital world.
