For healthy living most important thing is healthy dait.so I'm going to say u the daily life style rutin that u have to follow if you want to stay fit always, so let's begain.
1-Always sleep before 10.30
2-Wakeup before 5.30
3.Start your day with luke warm water in empty stomach without brush
4- Had your breakfast before 8.30
5- Breakfast should be always heavy with high protein food
6- Take water atleast 45 minutes after breakfast
7- Drink lot of water at day time
8- Had your lunch before 1.30
9- The gap between breakfast and lunch atleast 4 hour
10- And lunch should be 30% less than breakfast
11- Had some food at 5pm
12- Dont drink much water after 6pm
13- Had dinner before 9pm
14- Dinner shoulbe 70% less than breakfast
15- Don't lie down quickly after diner
16- Go to bed 1.5 hour after atleast after dinner
