We've all met the ignorant flag waving totalitarian faketriot buffoon who could not grasp the Constitution if it slapped him in the face and gave him razor burns. Because he can't stand the idea of others being equal to himself.

We also know that neither of our nations Constitutions are anything like that guy claims.
What most people don't know is that the Mexico and it's laws are nothing like United States media and politicians would have you believe and that the USA is nothing like it would have the world to believe.
This Gringo has seen both places and here's some reality on human rights from both our Constitutions and how they apply in every day life and in every country on earth if people are simply willing to stand up for their neighbors.
I would argue that the constitution doesn't even apply to the people, rather citizen or not. The constitution applies to the government, its offices, its officers and its territories(not republics/states).
You and I could create an organization or association and make rules and regulations for said organization or association, then say that these rules and regulations apply to organization or association and its land or property, but those rules and regulations wouldn't apply to the people outside of our organization/association and its property.
