In this video Greg and I are testing a different method of recording videos. We are also out metal detecting hoping to save some some American history. We are on a site that could produce American Civil War relics.
As we dig for relics, I'm recording some video using my Samsung Galaxy S7 with the ZHIYUN SMOOTH-G stabilizer. I picked it up on Amazon for around $99. I compare the stabilization to the video recorded using my Olympus TG-5. The SMOOTH-Q results are very impressive.
(Full disclaimer, the video quality of the Galaxy S7 is not as good as it could be because I didn't have the phone setup correctly but I think it will take some really nice STABLE video using the SMOOTH-Q by ZHIYUN because I've tested it again.)

The Zhiyun Smooth Q is a solid little smartphone gimbal that is really under rated IMO.
