After HF23 on STEEM, these funds became the property of @community321 by decision of the witnesses. I obviously would not agree with that, but I'm not a top 20 witness so my voice is worthless.

After the 'hack' of the account and the intentional transfer (backed by digital signature) to @bittrex, these funds became the property of @bittrex.

From my perspective, these coins belong to @bittrex now. They shouldn't have any legal obligation towards it.
