Anthony Bourdain, the Greatest Story Teller of Modern Times

When I heard the news this morning that Anthony Bourdain has passed away, my heard was shattered. This man had more influence on my life than any other. He taught me how to cook, he taught us the unfiltered history of parts of the world we have never seen or heard of. He was eyes and ears to explore war-torn nation, risking his life to bring us real stories from the most dangerous places on the planet. Anthony was creative genius and a courageous guide, a pioneer of food commentary and exploration. He was a teacher for those of us who were unable to travel or had no experience cooking. He was brilliant with words and full of knowledge that he conveyed masterful skill. My condolence go out to his girlfriend, Asia and his daughter, Ariane. Rest in peace, my friend.
