What if we think of Ourselves as Singing Bowls...vibrating under pressure...

Like a singing bowl we all carry a frequency. The question is when you come under pressure, what will you vibrate out into the world? -Me

Last fall I had my first major singing bowl experience with Jennifer Branning @ Satya Beauty & Wellness. Sure I have a lovely little one at home that I got from Catalpa Tree Shops, but these bowls are something else.

It was delightful to get lost in the overwhelming vibration of the bowls, to let go of where I began and the sounds ended.

It brought back a lesson Master Co recently shared on Mindfulness vs Awareness. Mindfulness is about knowing what you are, what is going on inside of you and how it effects you. The more we can cultivate mindfulness the more capable we are of identifying when things are not us because we are aware when they come into our field.

While laying in a relaxed and focused environment it was easy to be mindful of what was me. It was obvious what was not me, but coming into my field when the bowls vibrated into my body. Not only was there a physical sensation but each bowl holds a different frequency so that when it comes under pressure it vibrates that out into the environment. You can feel it wash over & through you like a wave.

This experience left me thinking about how we are each like a singing bowl. We carry a frequency, which we can change at will, and when we come under pressure the frequency we are carrying is vibrated out into the world.

As we go through each day we are bathed in the vibration of those around us.

Just like we can be washed in the vibration of the singing bowl, we can also be dirtied in the low vibrations or anger, jealously, lack, and fear that emanates from others.

If we are not mindful, making time for space and concentrated attention on purifying and strengthening our inner world, we may become confused and overwhelmed, lacking awareness that these vibrations are coming from outside of us and are not a reflection of who we are but the situation surrounding us. We lose touch with the natural radiance inside of us, the beautiful divine light of inner peace we have access to at every moment should we choose to embrace it.

So how do we get that back? One way it to cultivate mindfulness & awareness in combination with expanding the heart-center.

As you go through your day be aware of what is happening inside of you. When you feel something sudden take a moment to question if it is really yours or simply something being vibrated out that you are picking up on.

TRY IT:

❤️ Simply ask yourself "Do these feelings belong to me or to some one else?". You will feel an instant shift & lift.

❤️ Then send "love and blessings to the one who feels (insert emotion)".

❤️ Now say "I love you" to your own heart-center 3x

❤️ Give thanks for the blessing of inner peace
