So true! You need to change your perception towards the problem and see it as an opportunity instead of a burden and only then, will you be able to complete your tasks with much more efficiency.

As far as I can tell stress mainly caused by unfulfilled desire. The lack of fulfillment brings on the anxiety and depression and anger and all of those negative emotions that tight us into human stress balls. So yes, I agree that stress is about missing out on something.
this is such a broad subject to cover in a post though... but it is good to point out a major root of stress.

stress not a disease or nor a situation, from that we run away. it's just an emotion, bonding with the past and injustice with future.
Focus on the good side of life and the outer world will get better. Its all about your inner world ;-)
yes you are right, all things are belong our thoughts, our reaction of situation, dealing with negativity, control our emotion everything, all things just happen in our inner world. but this inner world make us better person better philosopher and different from other.

Stress is practically already a disease, but sometimes as a pending that if washing the dishes cooking go to work take your children to school at the moment that is already causing stress but if that happens every day it becomes a disease
