I'm struggling to know what to write. I felt compelled to come back. But life is different now. I feel...different. And the old stuff doesn't fit anymore.
I see my old posts and want to delete most of them out of some sort of embarrassment. But I'm embracing that part of me that was alone and scared trying to pretend I wasn't.
I'm single now, but I feel less alone than I did before. I've got a new apartment. I have a more peaceful life. Trauma triggers are at an all time low. I've ironed out a few of my flaws so I'm a little less wobbly than I was before.
I'm MORE of a weirdo than I ever was, though, with the Mediumship taking off. I thought that part of my life was done, but it's alive and kicking, full force. I'm sure I'll post more on that at some point. Just getting reacquainted with the space again.
It feels good to be back. You people got me through some dark years. Thank you for that. We'll see how this new chapter goes, eh?
Here's to a more hopeful future.

I made a freewrite about farting in the cinema and all comments showed People actually thinking it was for real and had some minds.. Geeze.
Life for many have been rough lately in different ways, and I also had a moment where I almost gave up.
But the people here and especially Witty has been my biggest support and friend. He kept me here and altho I haven't posted like before, it is good to still be here 😊
And I hope you feel at home and that we are here for each other, you never alone ❤️

I am glad to be back. I think a lot of us had some life we needed to sort out. Being here is a different kind of interaction and next level type stuff. It's casual, but it requires more. And sometimes it can be a pain in the ass with stuff going on.
But yeah, I feel renewed for sure.

Back when I posted more on sites like Medium or writing messages boards, I would often delete most every thing I've written because I hated it even if it got a good reaction... I'd even deleted the files from my computer for good measure.
I usually don't regret doing that... Something maybe but I guess I like the clean slate feeling that comes after the chaos.
I have been considering at least deleting a few super embarrassing ones. Or rather, maybe not embarrassing...just not who I am anymore. Is there a way to "hide" rather than delete?
No idea, other sites I know there's a private feature but I don't know if that's possible here.

So I have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is, a lot of us are excited to be back here recently and you are not alone in many of your expressed emotions herein.
The bad news is, its a blockchain, immutable and unchangeable after the blocks are cemented permanently into place across the distributed node-o-sphere. You can't delete things. Not like you think. :) There is always a record, even if you edit the posts and past them full of blank space. The revisions are in the chain. For.Ever.More.
But that's okay. It just shows a progression of change and growth. And that's the best news.

It's a myth, your lungs take all they can out of the smoke the moment you inhale, All you do by holding it in is increase the tar sticking to your lungs while it's in there and asphyxiate yourself a little bit, which is what leads to folks thinking it's getting them higher to hold it in, because they are light-headed from oxygen deprivation briefly. Geeze.
