For men, it is a different story. Firstly, I wouldn't look at it in black and white terms whether it is right vs wrong. This will only lead to worry, which is violating the "Don't Worry" principle I have set forth in my posts. Instead, be logical and use your own senses to see how your body feels after "losing the Jing". Obviously, most men wish to roll over and go to sleep like a pig after the act :) So yes, although there is a moment of ecstasy, there is also an energetic drainage that occurs. Because of this, it is advised to keep an eye on the amount of times you lose your Jing on a weekly basis. Obviously monks cannot live by this rule, but as a layman or married man it is probably the most balanced path.
