How To Meditate

I recommend getting the hang of meditation first. Meditate with your eyes open while staring at a candle. Every time you catch your thoughts drifting, think back to the candle. In this, you learn the amount of focus it takes to meditate with clear thoughts. Once you get the hang of the candle, proceed to go forward with nothing. Complete and absolute silence, nothing but you and your breath. It’s easy in theory, but difficult to master. It teaches you how to separate yourself from your surroundings as well as the discipline to take yourself out of the equation. Astral projection should come naturally in this state.
