Meditation is something l have been thinking about.

5 Minutes a day you will begin to see the difference. It is as simple as watching your breathing. A thought comes let it pass. Don't fight it. The relief is great. Best time for me is in the morning before lots of things fill my head.

I totally agree, the energy within us is the greatest power but we are rarely aware of it. If the energy we give for doing good things, we will be the useful person.
