Walking in nature and absorbing the sounds of life and smelling the fresh air. Thinking what kind of bird that is or how that flower is called and enjoy the beauty of it!

This is so true. It need not necessary be closing the eyes and trying to evade all the thoughts. You have said it right. Meditation is a wonderful feeling. Everyone should experience it.

Agreed, I was using meditative techniques to enter a calmer state, but after awhile I started to notice that state through some of my favorite activities. Usually I only notice “flow” after I’ve left it, but over time it’s been easier to notice it while it occurs.
