This is meditation I like to listen to at least once per day. It clears my head and gets me to the special place of focus.

I figured I would help all the folks that have been fighting the good fight over at BCT. I see the level of FUD over there is reaching epic proportions already, but what do you expect of BCT?

I would be "disappointed" otherwise.

In light of that, I thought a little mindfulness would be in order for all those that need it.
