Meditation methods you could try at home.

Meditation is an enigma to many and there are not many who practice this in order to better their lifestyle. However when you follow celebrities and famous people they usually if not most of the time post about meditation or yoga in order to stay fit and healthy.

Now I have previously blogged about the importance of meditation and how it could help open up your chakra points as well as build on your general awareness and give your abilities you didn't think we're humanly possible.

Now I am going to show you exactly what types of meditation there are available to us so you know the different types and how they help.

  1. Body Meditation

Conscious of the Breath Meditation 7 Min. each Session. Conscious Breathing ("Hosh dar dam")

When you are Breathing, Intake thru Nose and exhale through the nose.. and as you intake you imagine light entering through your stomach and darkness leaving through your stomach. When imagining darkness if having difficulties think about Carbon Monoxide and it leaving in a large quantity.

  1. Religious Soul Meditation

Breath and Heart Consciousness, Firstly Close your Eyes and then move the index finger towards the thumb to feel heart beat this should be kept their at all times. Then with the feel of every heart beat remember God whilst being conscious of your breath at all times breathing in and out in the remember of God.

  1. Awareness of time - Mind Meditation
    This means when we spend time watching our composure and checking our tendency to heedlessness and wasting precious.The seeker must know how much time he has spent in moving towards spiritual maturity and must recognize at what place he has arrived in his journey towards the Divine Presence. The seeker must make progress with all his efforts. He must spend all his time making his one and only goal the arrival at the station of Divine love and Divine Presence.

Einstein's Theory of Relativity tells us that in order to witness the slowing of time, the speed of the traveling entity must be extremely close to the speed of Light. Therefore meditation relative to time exists when one focuses on himself travelling through light to a specfic destination, this requires deep focus and complete silence during practice.

Obviously there are several other methods of meditation within each type however these are the few I use regularly and find the most purposeful. There is information which I might have missed out and if there is anyone who feels they could add more feel free I would love to discuss in more detail.
