The benefits of yoga in strengthening, stretching, feeling in the short term and in a relatively temporary ist better beden within the body of itself cannot be denied and it is also great that it can do it with tools and not just with the tools, but with its own body, body weight. But yoga, let's be aware or not; our main nervous system, mind and behavior patterns are working on. Nowadays, there are many scientific researches on this subject. Traditional yoga; a system to transform the nature of the mind and its associated body and our physical body. The closest science is psychology.
Personally, I have tried many different yoga applications; my practice is changing day by day depending on my physical, emotional and mental needs. Contrary to popular belief, I do not practice Yin Yoga practice alone. However, the weight of Yin Yoga in my applications is great. This is also due to my personal physical, emotional and mental needs.
