Hey@soulsistashakti! Thank you for following. Just the pictures alone hve me fascinated about this topic. I tried to download some prayer wheels but not sure what happened, it wasn't working for me.

I'm looking forward to hearing about how your journey unfolds. Peace.

Really on dharma-heaven? I did what is commonly known as a right click and saved the one I downloaded. Do you know how to do that?

Yes, of course, you are welcome :)

I've tried to download by the steps you mentioned above, but I'm still having problems. Can you attach a link. I've started to use the OM mantra, it does work! In relation to spiritual practices, I've written a book about my journey that you might be interested in, check out my posts for excerpts in the coming weeks. It's going to be quite a ride!

Are you referring to Om Mani Padme Hum? When you say it's working what do you mean?

This is the link: http://www.dharma-haven.org/tibetan/digital-wheels.htm

Looking forward to seeing what you're up to :)

Thank you @soulsistashakti! I'm taking baby steps with the OM mantra, I'm practicing the 'OM' vibration for now, then will progress to 'Om Mani Padme Hum'. I'm following @adeptus, he mentions the OM mantra in his recent post. Peace.

That's a good idea. I am actually planning on working with a teacher (a monk) on the lovingkindness meditation and the chanting. It's very good to have direction and guidance and as I have Complex-PTSD I need to go into some of these practices with care as to not get triggered.

I hear you. Having a monk to guide you is pretty special! I'm looking forward to any insights you obtain on your journey to finding fulfillment and peace in the world we live in @soulsistashakti.
