I just noticed that you used therising bot to promote this post and I couldn't help but check out what did you write about :)
I've been recently interested more and more with meditation (I guess I'm getting older hahaha) so this topic fits my interests pretty well.
Not to think about anything, not even, not to think, is an act that requires a certain mental balance.
I can hardly ever achieve state of "not thinking". Seriously it's way more difficult than I expect. Somehow I always think about new posts, new things I've learned on Steemit, new friendships I managed to build etc.
Switching off brain and focusing just on breathing is so bloody hard :/

Thanks a lot for your amazing comment. Yeah, sometimes it is a little difficult, everything is a distraction for our mind, we have to block everything just with practice, the more practice, the more results we get ..!!!
Yeah. Breathing techniques are difficult but if we try to do something better we can start with just one minute and increase day by day.. Just like that...!!!

Well about promotion, yes, I sent 60Steem but smart market gave me back 40Steem. They use 20Steem to buy the best upvotes for the article..
I’m Trying to understand much more better how bots are working for us, and using different bots to promote each publication or up the rank to be more visible..!!! Thanks a lot for your support and worries...!!!
