A beautiful spot for morning meditation 🧘♀️ followed by a juicy ashtanga practice on my last morning in Goa.
Thank you for such an incredible and magical time, I will cherish these moments as I head back to the UK for the next stage of my adventure.
My Meditation vs Marathon training
I notice that finding longer stretches of time to sit in meditation enables me to tap into this sense of bliss an calmness more readily in life as well as more quickly in shorter meditations. Not saying I am always Zen, in fact far from it, but it is all work and I can feel my progress bit by bit.
I was once told to think of developing meditation practice like training for a marathon, you have to put in the time and the miles but every little bit on the road counts.

Agreed, it seems generally much easier to find a peaceful inner-state with more meditation. I would be interested to hear how you compare marathon training with meditation.
