Does laying in bed in the morning ,not opening your eyes and trying to go back to sleep for 20 min.s before give up and getting coffee count?

As long as you don´t think while trying to go back to sleep, it is actually one of the more advanced practices. 😉
But joking aside, I do that in the evening in bed before/while falling asleep, this way your sleep will be better.
