I am by no means and expert when it comes to meditation. I am probably the furthest I can be. However I believe in it and I started this new thing where I try to meditate three times a day for small intervals. I started with five minutes and now I am up to nine and tomorrow ten minutes at the time.
In this time, I usually play no meditation background music, tho it's not a set in stone rule. It varies.
So in doing this, I learned that I need to focus on the present moment. When I address my subconscious mind, then I speak to it in a present time and positive manner.
Closing your eyes while meditating , allows the brain to ignore external stimuli and focus.
I imagine I already have the job I interviewed for and my sales on ebay and other platforms are at least "x" amount of money so I can support my self. I speak to my self and try to focus on all things positive.
When I was having my tea yesterday, it comes with a message and I try to think about what it tells me. Yesterday it told me "What belongs to you, shall come to you". I felt like it spoke to me and further reinforced my belief that when you meditate and you manifest what you want in your life, it will happen. Sometimes it's not immediate but other times it is. I am a highly visual person so it makes it easier for me to see the things I wish for.
So I will keep at it. I will meditate and manifest. Small steps towards a better mind, peace and harmony. I invite you to do the same. Practice makes perfect. And although it might take me years to be better at it, each day, by doing this, will create a new path and pattern for me.
Namaste,
Dee
