#4 Mohamed Salah

The only reason he in position 4 is because the 26-year-old could not help his country to win the African cup of Nations.
#3 Sadio Mane
Sadio Mane has been a very incredible player this season.
He helped Liver pool to win this season's UEFA Champions League.
He also got himself the Premier League Golden Boot.
The Senegalese forward has hard the best buy scoring 22 Premier League goals this season which helped helm to shared the Golden Boot with his teammate Mohamed Salah and Arsenal’s Aubameyang.
Mane was in the running for the PFA Player of the year award which his Liverpool teammate Virgil van Dijk won.
He also helped his country to be in the Afco finals. The only thing that let him drown is not winning the Afcon.
But I believe I have all it takes to win the Ballon d'Or.
#2 Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo's decision to move from Real Madrid to Juventus and prove himself was such a defeat idea for the 34-year-old player.
Even though the goal he scored in the champions league did not help Juve to win the UEFA Champions League, he proved the world that is the present king of football buy helping Juve to win all the home trophies they took part in.

The 34-year-old lifted the Scudetto and won the MVP of the year award in his debut season in Italy.
CR7 held his Portuguese side to win the UEFA Nations League.
This was is a major factor that many make hem this year's Ballon d'Or winner.
#1 Virgil van Dijk
This year we have a chance to see a defender winning the Ballon d'Or since 2006 when Fabio Cannavaro won it, Virgil van Dijk may become the second defender to win the Ballon d'Or.
The Dutch international helped the Reds to lift the UEFA Champions League, ending their long wait of 14 years dream.

This may the second time when the Ballon d'Or is not taken by CR7 or Massi. I look like their dominance is ending.

To me I think Virgil van Dijk will win this year Ballon d'Or title because he was truly extra ordinary last season and his performance in all matches was world class
