RE: Why You Should Treat Planet Steem As A Way To Use Your Superpowers

in #matrix7 years ago

I crave freedom too. I think everyone should be free to choose some things in life and freedom comes first for me. Your imagination is an awesome asset; the mind is everything, what you think you become.

i hope people do realize that i lucked out because i found Steemit before anyone else. But, if you look closely, there are others who found Steemit when i did, but didn't fare as well. I gave up my day jobs instantly, and I often wonder how i would operate if i found steemit right now, when the payouts are smaller.....hmmmm.

I'm sure your passion to be free would have driven your imagination to create some things having made a sacrifice (leaving a day job) for it.

Yeah, @papa-pepper tried an experiment early on, by posting another kind of content under a different account. It was a lot harder to duplicate his earlier success. He eventually ended the experiment and expanded his own posting topics rather than keep the two separate accounts. Even with effort, timing does count. But without the effort, the results are sure - just not in the right direction.

Even for folks just finding Steemit, there is still opportunity. We see some folks really rise if the topics, their voice, their sociability, and work ethic all line up. But connections to folks with power, right from the start, seem to have an outsized impact. That's the same as it ever was, and is a product of chance as much as anything else. Best of fortune with your planned project in 2018.

Great luck
