Great article. I think the reversal of the wealth effect is more a transfer of wealth in the grand scheme of execution. Those who treat their house as an ATM to acquire liabilities that the banks leverage to enslave will suffer due to a lack of financial intelligence, but those who use this ATM to acquire more assets (particularly income generating ones) will soon discover the problem of too much money (what to do with all the money)..
