RE: Please Engage and Entertain Us Over Selling to Us

in #marketing7 years ago (edited)

Came over from your fb group post. Glad to meet you. I am always on the hunt for how to convert traffic to sales. Here at Steemit, I'm posting some of my work in natural health care and social media tips, but mostly going into the challenges until I can be more sure of myself.

You can break up a long post like this with headings. All you have to do is a number sign and a space and your heading will pop. You can center like this:

< center > < /center >
(take out all the spaces)

And just put your text in the middle. It will help search engines and make this more easily read. This good info deserves to be seen!

Followed and upvoted :)

Thank you Sharon. I've have to put some time into learning more about Steemit too. @FitinFun

It's overwhelming for sure...

Thanks Sharon. Added some headers. @FitinFun

So much better! These posts take me forever. I need to get more speed :)

I know I wish there was a draft tab too. So you could start it, then come back and edit it. Then when you are ready to release it then put it out. @fitinfun

Also - you do not need to tag people in your comments. The system does not alert for that.

I mostly do my posts in word and then upload photos and then copy/paste the text in between the photos. It still takes forever. But the draft stays in the memory. I've almost lost posts a few times, but there it still is, thankfully.

Thank you. I'm so burnt out on using word. If I never use it again in my life I'd be happy. It's painful. All of my books and magazine columns I've written in word. What was the code to center on Steemit?

you type < center > < /center > with no spaces anywhere. Then insert your text or image in between the two center signs. I find you need this on every line - if you let it go for a few lines, it will take over the whole document to the end.
