If you have not noticed it yesterday he upvotes all comments in the article about marijuana at $ 10,000.

berniesanders I have to say you are one of the sole reasons why I believe that whales on steemit can be a good thing. People complain about the power they have but you have continuously shown that you aren't just here to make a profit and run. There really isn't anything negative anyone can say about @berniesanders. He has the ability to instantly create excitement, and generates people talking about what content should be valued. New users see that sometimes people just pay it forward and reward a post so that there is proof that anyone has the ability to be rewarded for something they contribute.

The scandinavian countries are using mixed economy model, which combines socialism and capitalism. The social policy of these countries is based on socialism, and they are all among the best countries to live in. In fact their social policy is admired all over the world. So some things works well in socialism, but as everything it depends on how you implement it.
My personal view is that all the major ideologies have failed, and implementing an ideology 100% will lead to disaster. Ask the poor people in clear capitalist countries how they feel about capitalism.
Since we are out of ideas, I think the middle way as you find it in the Scandinavian countries is the path to a nice society.
Btw in Copenhagen you can find a certain area where weed is legal :-p
Great answer. I actually think cryptocurrency enables us to form economic alliances and become citizens of many systems with various different models.
In this way you will get the benefits of each without the dangers of being forced geographically to be a citizen of a physical country. But that is for a generation beyond mine.
I am glad to see Bernie doing this. The real answer is "because you can" you understand that in the future marijuana will be a booming industry and there are some great minds and a large following of everything cannabis. You have at the very least brought up the topic and can view the discussions it brings about. I keep reading about this man @berniesanders and people trying to find out who he is and why he does what he does. I guess crazy can be good. As some pople say crazy is the new sane. @axiomprime I can't reply to your comment because the conversation is nested too deep now, but the reason he (as well as myself and many of the other early adopters) has several accounts is that they were created through mining. When you find your first Proof of Work (PoW) block an account is created for you with the name you chose for your miner, assuming that account name is not taken.
Reddit/Facebook verification is needed for new accounts created by Steemit because those accounts are funded with Steem Power worth ~10$, but mined accounts do not get this initial Steem Power as they are created by the blockchain itself once you find a PoW.
No, it's more likely that your matter-of-fact post kills some of the fun of this thread. You are probably trying to be helpful, but no one really cares about the true identity of berniesanders. They are just having fun. His downvote didn't cost you any money, though.
I don't get all this hate for founders and early adopters being heavily rewarded. Many of them are the ones who took or are still taking the biggest risk, let alone the work and genius that went into creating this stuff.
People spend hours on Reddit and Instagram, making the likes of Mark Zuckerberg filthy rich. Steemit allows people to enjoy the same types of interactions, and more, while getting paid!
I had the impression that I could only have 1 account in Steemit, but I'm assuming he made one account through Facebook and the other through Reddit.
